Patrick Krolik is currently pursuing his Ed.D. in Leadership and Higher Education at the University of Memphis and is a co-director of the Institute on Disability at the University of Memphis. Mr. Krolik’s background in business brings critical expertise to his work at the institute and as a grants manager as he has successfully translated his and the institute’s scholarship into meaningful and impactful outcomes for people with disabilities. Such programs and projects have resulted in improving the training for vocational rehabilitation providers and Pre-Employment Transition Age specialists, enhancing art accessibility for people who are blind or low vision, and improving the quality of life for U of M students with disabilities. Mr. Krolik has demonstrated commitment to rehabilitation certification by serving on national committees in addition to his many roles and responsibilities as a graduate student and co-director of the Institute.
